অটোভ্যালি একটি গ্লোবাল ই–কমার্স মার্কেট প্লেস, যেখানে https://autovaly.com ডোমেইন এর মাধ্যমে বিশ্বস্ততার সাথে অনলাইন ব্যবসা পরিচালনা করে, এক্ষেত্রে একাধিক সেলার এর বিভিন্ন ক্যাটাগরির পণ্য বা সেবা ক্রেতাদের কাছে মার্কেটিং, বিক্রয় ও ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয় এবং দুই পক্ষ পারস্পারিক আলোচনার মাধ্যমে একমত হয়ে নিম্মক্ত শর্ত সাপেক্ষে সেলার এর পণ্য বা সেবা অটোভ্যালি প্লাটফর্মের দ্বারা বাজারজাত করা হয়।
আমাদের নীতিগুলি সকল অনাইন / ই–কমার্স ব্যবহারকারিদের সুষ্ঠ ও নিরাপদ ব্যবসার অভিজ্ঞতা তৈরি করতে ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে, তাই একজন সেলার হিসাবে কোন প্রোডাক্ট আপলোড করার পূর্বে আমাদের সেলার পলিসি ভালভাবে জেনে নেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করছি ।
নীতিসমূহt
1. অটোভ্যালি ওয়েবসাইটে সেলার হিসাবে অনাইনে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ছবি,এন,আইডি, ট্রেড লাইসেন্স,ব্যাংক একাউন্ট নাম্বার, লোকেশান দিয়ে আবেদন করতে হবে। এরপর অটোভ্যালি ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপানার তথ্য যাচাই পূর্বক আপনাকে একজন সেলার হসেবে অনুমোদন করবে।
2. এরপর অটোভ্যালি প্লাটফর্মে আপনার প্রোডাক্ট এর প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য, (ছবি,মূল্য,বর্ণনা, ডিসকাউন্ট, VAT, কুরিয়ার ইত্যাদি) দিয়ে আপলোড করবেন। অটোভ্যালি নিদিষ্ট ক্রেতার কাছে আপনার প্রোডাক্ট মার্কেটিং করবে, ক্রেতা অর্ডার করলে পেমেন্ট এর সহিত ডেলিভেরি করবেন।
3. ক্রেতা আপনাকে (সেলারকে) অনাইনে অথবা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভেরিতে মূল্য পরিশোধ করবে এবং আপনি ডেলিভেরি সম্পর্ণ করে ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডারের অবস্থা আপডেট করবেন।
4. সেলার পেমেন্ট পাওয়ার সময় থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রয় মূল্যর প্রতি ট্রানজেকশনে ১০% হারে অটোভ্যালিকে কমিশন প্রদান করবেন।
5. যেহেতু অটোভ্যালি ই–কমার্স মার্কেট প্লেস সেহেতু সেলার নির্ধারিত আউতলেটসহ দেশের অভ্যন্তরের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলের সেলার এর অনুমোদিত রিটেইলার একই দাম ও কমিশনে ক্রেতাকে প্রোডাক্ট সরবরাহ করবে।
6. সেলার অথবা সেলার অনুমোদিত রিটেইলার ক্রেতার কাছে প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা থেকে নির্ধারিত চার্জ পাবে।
7. অটোভ্যালি প্লাটফর্মে উপস্থাপিত প্রোডাক্ট এর ১০০% গুনগতমান বজায় রাখতে হবে এবং ক্রেতা সন্তুষ্টির জন্য ডেলিভেরি টাইম কোঠোর ভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে।
8. অটোভ্যালি প্লাটফর্মেবিক্রির জন্য উপস্থাপিত প্রোডাক্ট এর কাস্টমার বিক্রয় ইনভয়েস অটোভ্যালি কর্তৃক তৈরি হবে এবং তা সেলার ড্যাশবোর্ড এ পাওয়া যাবে, যা প্রোডাক্ট গেটপাশ এর সাথে ক্রেতার কাছে পাঠাতে হবে।
9. সেলার অথবা সেলার অনুমোদিত রিটেইলার কর্তৃক অনুপযুক্ত বিলম্ব,পাকিং জনিত ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত প্রোডাক্ট এর জন্য প্রত্যেক সেলারকে অবশ্যই সহজ রিটার্ন পলিসি মেনে চলতে হবে। তবে কুরিয়ার এ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে ক্রেতা এবং অটোভ্যালি সমান দায় বহন করবে।
10. কোন অবস্থায় অটোভ্যালিতে প্রোডাক্ট দেখেইয়ে আলাদাভাবে একই ক্রেতার কাছে বিক্রি করা দণ্ডনীয় অপরাধ।
11.কাস্টমার রেসপন্স টাইম অনুযায়ী প্রতি মাসে সেলারদের পেরফরমেন্স মূল্যায়ন করা হবে এবং সেই অনুযায়ী ইনসেন্টিভ দেওয়া হবে।
উল্লেখিত বিঁধিমালা অতিপ্রয়োজনে উভয়পক্ষের আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন অথবা বাতিল করা যেতে পারে।
SELLER AGREEMENT POLICY
Whereas, “Autovaly” operates a global multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace through its domain [www.autovaly.com] (hereinafter the “Platform”) whereby products of different categories from various Sellers will be marketed, sold and delivered through the Platform to overseas buyers. And whereas, the parties hereto have after mutual discussions came to an agreement that products of the Seller will be marketed by Autovaly’s Platform.
Our policies are designed to help create a fair and safe trading experience for all e-commerce users. As a seller, you're responsible for regularly reviewing and complying with e-commerce's selling policies, and for meeting your obligations as set out in our User Agreement.
We recommend that you learn about e-commerce's selling policies before you list an item. This helps you avoid accidentally breaking any rules. If you fail to follow the rules, to protect the integrity of our marketplace, we may take certain actions, such as removing your listings or products and limiting your buying and selling privileges. For more details, please see the individual policy guidelines below.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The Seller will have to apply through website http://autovaly.com/ necessary information, Picture, Trade License, NID, Bank Account number, Location etc. Autovaly will verify seller information and approve within 3 business days.
2. The Seller will upload product informed at all times about the availability of the products in its inventory along with detailed specifications like picture, size, color, discount applicable model as may be required for the product. Order once placed on the Platform by the customer must be honoured by the Seller with payment.
3. Customer payment mode will be online or cash on delivery, after complete any order seller will update the status of order through website.
4. Seller will have to pay 10% of every transaction value to autovaly within 24 hours for every successfully completed order.
5. As Autovaly is an e-commerce market place, seller will supply product to customer from seller’s outlet and their authorized reseller inside country with same price and commission.
6. Seller and their authorized reseller will get currier charge from customer, if the send product to customer by currier.
7. To maintain customer trust, the Seller must maintain 100% same product quality and specifications as that of the sample upload to autovaly and agrees to strictly maintain the delivery timeline.
8. For Seller’s products sold through the Platform, payment invoices will be generated by autovaly and will be available via the platform on Sellers dashboard, Seller’s MRP will be issued by the Seller during the listing of product.
9. Seller and their authorized reseller recommend to maintain easy return policy for inappropriate delay and packing related damage. But for currier damage Currier Company and Autovaly will be liable.
10. Sellers are strictly prohibited from making offers to buy or sell outside of Autovaly.
11. Seller’s performance will be evaluated every month based on customer response time, product price, behavior, payment etc. They will get incentive on it.
Above e-commerce's selling policies may be reviewing and complying with the mutual discussion of parties.
